Developed AP2 datacenter support for the Datadog CLI within the datadog-ci repository, enabling users to route data to the ap2.datadoghq.com datacenter across all CLI commands and configurations. The work involved implementing new validation logic and comprehensive tests to ensure correct usage of the AP2 region, as well as updating documentation to guide users through the new functionality. Leveraging JavaScript and TypeScript, the developer focused on CLI development, configuration management, and robust testing practices. All changes were delivered as a single, traceable feature commit, reflecting a focused and methodical approach to extending multi-region support in the CLI tool.
