Worked on stabilizing the single marking workflow in the ucl-isd/moodle-mod_coursework repository by refining edit permissions and ensuring finalization processes aligned with the feedback state. Addressed a key bug by updating PHP back end logic so that only the original creator could edit draft feedback, reducing the risk of unintended changes. Enhanced data integrity by making finalization contingent on the correct feedback state, which improved reliability and auditability for instructors using the Moodle coursework module. The work involved targeted code review changes and thorough testing, leveraging both PHP and JavaScript to support robust permission checks and workflow consistency throughout the module.
