Worked on the OBOFoundry/OBOFoundryhub.io repository to enhance automated quality assurance for OBO Foundry ontologies. Developed and integrated a new Python-based responsiveness check, fp_020.py, expanding the scope and reliability of ontology validation. Improved the Makefile to ensure seamless execution of the new and existing checks within both CI/CD pipelines and local environments. Refined logic and reporting across several Python scripts to provide clearer, more actionable feedback to ontology developers. Focused on maintainability and traceability by coordinating updates with documented commits.
