Focused on improving the visibility and reliability of engagement metrics, the work involved implementing metrics instrumentation and refining UI data presentation using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This update enabled more data-driven decision making for product and operations teams by supporting better capacity planning and support optimization. Maintained disciplined version control practices throughout, ensuring that the new feature integrated smoothly without introducing new bugs or regressions.
