Worked on the OpenVoxProject/puppet repository to prepare for a clean integration with the OpenVox source by restructuring the project’s packaging assets. Focused on isolating all vanagon-related content into a dedicated packaging directory, the work improved repository organization without altering runtime behavior. This approach established a clear separation of packaging logic, facilitating future enhancements and simplifying the merge process. The changes were implemented using Ruby and Puppet, with careful attention to maintaining functional parity and ensuring traceability through explicit commits. The effort laid a foundation for scalable packaging improvements and streamlined collaboration on packaging-related tasks within the project’s codebase.
