Worked on the Penpot repository to expand Russian UI localization for the frontend, increasing translation coverage from 80.6% to 81.8% by adding new Russian strings and updating translation metadata. Focused on front end development and internationalization, the work integrated with Weblate to streamline ongoing localization efforts and ensure scalability for future language support. Using Clojure and JavaScript, established a foundation for more efficient translation cycles and improved the Russian-speaking user experience. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on enhancing localization quality and preparing the application for broader international adoption.
