Worked on the Penpot repository to deliver Traditional Chinese (zh_Hant) translations for the frontend, advancing the platform’s accessibility for Chinese-speaking users. Focused on internationalization and localization, the developer updated PO translation files and integrated changes through the Weblate workflow, reaching 77.0% coverage by translating 1599 out of 2074 strings. This effort prepared the application for broader adoption in Traditional Chinese markets by enhancing localization readiness. The work centered on frontend development, with no major bug fixes recorded during the period, and demonstrated a methodical approach to expanding language support and improving user experience for non-English audiences.
