Worked on the subshell/helm-charts repository to enhance the Sophora-Youtube-Connector Helm chart by implementing support for custom init containers. Introduced an extraInitContainers variable, allowing users to define their own initialization logic and increasing deployment flexibility for a variety of Kubernetes environments. The solution was delivered through YAML configuration and Helm chart customization, with changes tracked and reviewed via Git-based pull requests. This update reduced setup friction for customers and enabled more complex initialization flows, demonstrating practical application of DevOps practices, Kubernetes orchestration, and Helm templating. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, focusing solely on feature delivery.
