Worked on modernizing CI/CD workflows for the daos-stack/daos repository, focusing on improving reliability and maintainability. Consolidated GitHub Actions by introducing reusable workflows and modularizing provisioning and functional test processes, which streamlined automation and enabled scheduled Bullseye coverage testing. Enhanced CI input handling by treating RUN_GHA as a boolean and adding a new run-gha input, reducing misconfigurations and improving downstream testing control. Utilized Bash and YAML for workflow automation and refactoring, resulting in faster feedback loops and more dependable releases. The work addressed both feature development and bug fixes, demonstrating depth in CI/CD pipeline engineering and workflow optimization.
