Worked on the IBM/cloud-pak repository to streamline product lifecycle management by deprecating and removing legacy components, specifically the ITX Runtime Server and IBM ClickHouse Operator. Focused on reducing maintenance overhead and technical debt, the work involved updating YAML configurations and ensuring all external references to deprecated components were eliminated. Leveraging skills in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and Kubernetes, the changes aligned the repository with current offerings and clarified upgrade paths for users. All modifications were documented at the commit level to maintain traceability, supporting a more agile development process and enabling faster iteration on modern, actively supported components.
