Worked on the Jackett/Jackett repository to deliver a feature enhancement for AnimeTorrents, focusing on improving search accuracy for Japanese content. The solution involved updating the backend indexer, written in C#, to include both filenames and content descriptions in search queries, thereby increasing the relevance of search results for Japanese titles. This API integration allowed users to discover torrents more efficiently by reducing the effort required to locate specific content. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but ongoing maintenance and minor refactoring supported overall reliability. The work demonstrated solid backend development skills and attention to user experience improvements.
