Developed and integrated a new private torrent tracker indexer for the Jackett/Jackett repository, focusing on expanding access to YggTorrent through a secure, cookie-based login system tailored for Turbo Mode users. The work centered on backend development and API integration, utilizing YAML configuration to ensure seamless authentication and reliable session management. By implementing cookie-based authentication, the solution enhanced searchability and content retrieval from the private tracker while maintaining secure access for privileged users. The project involved validating login stability and session handling, with the primary deliverable being a single feature addition and no reported bugs during the development period.
