Worked on the pkp/ojs repository to deliver Bulgarian localization enhancements, focusing on accessibility and onboarding for Bulgarian users. Developed and integrated a new Bulgarian translation file, fully localizing the invitation module and account creation prompts using PO language files. Established a Weblate-driven translation workflow, ensuring traceable, commit-based change management and laying the foundation for future locale expansions. The work emphasized internationalization and localization best practices, with all changes documented through version-controlled commits. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary objective was to improve the onboarding experience and enable broader international adoption through robust translation infrastructure.
