Worked on the wandb/wandb repository to improve dependency stability by addressing a compatibility issue with the Lightning package. Focused on Python development and package management, the work involved pinning the Lightning dependency to version 2.6.1 within the development requirements. This technical approach ensured that all contributors and continuous integration environments would use a consistent, known-good version, reducing the risk of runtime and integration issues. By locking the dependency, the project achieved greater reproducibility and stability for both developers and automated workflows.
