In November 2024, Christian Weiske developed a CCC media platform integration extension for the Miru app, focusing on expanding its content ecosystem. Working within the miru-project/repo, he implemented end-to-end extension logic using JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on API integration and extension development. The extension enables users to browse, search, and view conference recordings and lectures from media.ccc.de directly within Miru, supporting multiple video resolutions and audio formats. This work addressed a key content-sourcing gap for Miru, enhancing content discoverability and laying the groundwork for increased user engagement and future partner integrations. No bugs were reported or fixed.
