Worked on the amplitude/amplitude-docs repository to enhance the documentation experience around event categorization. Delivered the Unified Event Categorization Enhancements, which expanded documentation coverage to include Custom Events and Labeled Events tabs and introduced a new category field within the visual labeling workflow. The work focused on aligning product capabilities with documentation, aiming to improve user onboarding and reduce confusion in event categorization processes. All updates were implemented using Markdown and centered on clear, maintainable documentation practices. The approach emphasized traceability through descriptive commits, supporting easier future maintenance and review. No bugs were addressed during this period, focusing solely on documentation improvements.
