Built support for Gemini 3 models in the BuiltInCodeExecutor, enhanced concurrency and memory management for tool execution, and improved streaming metadata handling. Introduced resumable multi-step workflows and unified streaming aggregation to reduce stale state and improve throughput. Modernized CI/CD pipelines with Java 25 validation and automated documentation updates using Java, RxJava, and GitHub Actions. Implemented robust event persistence gating and a per-event barrier to ensure correct step sequencing, introduced resumable multi-step workflows, and unified streaming aggregation to reduce stale state and improve end-to-end throughput. Enabled opt-in resumability for SequentialAgent to fast-forward to paused sub-agents after HITL resumes, while preserving safe behavior when disabled. Aligned streaming function-call handling across models with a single client-side ID and final aggregation, and eliminated partial-event persistence in the Runner to avoid duplicates. Launched a new Release Differences Analysis & Documentation Manager to automate documentation updates (dry-run initially). Modernized CI/CD: added Java 25 validation, tightened release docs workflow with secrets handling, and extracted shared GitHub tools into a dedicated module.
