Worked on stabilizing deployment configurations for the coveo/ui-kit repository within the Multi-Account Framework, focusing on reducing configuration drift and improving release reliability. The approach centered on automating configuration management using Shell scripting and DevOps practices, emphasizing idempotence to prevent repeated script execution. By migrating and harmonizing both submitted and pipeline-processed configurations, the work enabled smoother package creation and minimized build flakiness. Updates to deployment_config_version ensured non-breaking improvements and reduced rework, contributing to more reliable CI/CD pipelines. This effort enhanced standardization and automation in deployment workflows, supporting ongoing maintainability and efficiency in the repository’s release process.
