Developed a precise task interruption feature for the ComfyUI_frontend repository, enabling users to cancel specific queued tasks by passing a prompt ID to the interrupt API. This work involved extending the API contract, updating the frontend in Vue.js, and ensuring seamless queue management to support targeted task cancellation. The implementation focused on reducing wasted compute time and improving user control over long-running processes, directly addressing business goals related to resource efficiency and service reliability.
