Worked on the EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin repository to address issues with code review accuracy by fixing stale merge-base problems. Implemented a solution in Shell scripting that ensures the base branch is always fetched during code reviews, preventing inflated diffs and maintaining alignment with the current base state. Leveraged DevOps practices and Git expertise to deliver the fix as a focused bug patch, minimizing code changes for easier maintenance and rollback. Collaborated with maintainers to reinforce repository hygiene and streamline review processes, resulting in more reliable code reviews, faster triage, and reduced cycle time for plugin ecosystem changes. No new features were added.
