Enhanced the deployment process by adding logic to handle restricted networks and improved error reporting to facilitate faster troubleshooting and reduce mean time to recovery. Contributed to code changes and expanded test coverage to ensure release readiness and maintain backward compatibility, ultimately improving the reliability of deployment workflows for Azure Functions users.
