During March 2026, contributed to the quarkusio/quarkus-ecosystem-ci repository by bootstrapping the Quarkus-QuBit project through the creation of a new YAML-based configuration file. This work established the project's repository link and integrated issue-tracking, laying the groundwork for governance and streamlined onboarding. The technical approach centered on configuration management and project setup, leveraging Git for version control and ensuring a clear baseline for future CI/CD automation. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts focused on foundational infrastructure. The result improved traceability and accelerated the onboarding process for new projects within the Quarkus ecosystem.
