Developed and delivered the Quarkus Chicory CI onboarding integration within the quarkusio/quarkus-ecosystem-ci repository, establishing a dedicated onboarding configuration and a reusable integration point for the Quarkus ecosystem’s continuous integration workflows. The work focused on configuration management and DevOps practices, utilizing YAML to define onboarding scaffolding that supports both Chicory and future ecosystem components. Automated validation was integrated into the CI workflow, enabling streamlined onboarding and consistent validation for new additions. This approach improved repository alignment, allowing for faster onboarding and more reliable CI processes, while laying the groundwork for scalable, maintainable integration of future Quarkus ecosystem projects.
