Worked on improving cross-platform build stability in the srid/nixpkgs repository by addressing Android-specific issues in the Libusb1 package. Focused on build system configuration using Nix, the developer delivered a targeted patch that excluded Android from udev support, effectively preventing build errors and conflicts unique to Android environments. The solution was validated through builds on both Android and non-Android targets to ensure no regressions occurred elsewhere. Changes were thoroughly documented, and contribution notes were updated to assist maintainers in future reviews. This work reduced downstream build failures and maintenance overhead, supporting more reliable continuous integration for Android users.
