Worked on dependency management and configuration improvements in the srid/nixpkgs and Saghen/nixpkgs repositories, focusing on the Pingvin-share package. Upgraded Pingvin-share across multiple versions, updating backend and frontend dependencies and ensuring all related Nix and npm hashes were aligned for consistent builds. Enhanced NixOS configuration clarity by renaming environment variables to better reflect their purpose, reducing misconfiguration risks. Emphasized build reproducibility and CI reliability by maintaining clear upgrade paths and synchronizing dependency pins. Utilized Nix, configuration management, and package management skills to deliver stable, traceable releases that improved compatibility and stability across different environments without introducing new bugs.
