Worked on Hungarian localization and accessibility enhancements for the Metrolist mobile application, focusing on translating the user interface to better serve Hungarian-speaking users. Leveraged Weblate to translate 165 out of 214 XML strings, establishing a robust baseline for ongoing localization efforts. The work included integrating accessibility improvements alongside translation, ensuring the UI is more usable and inclusive. Developed a repeatable workflow for future translations and quality assurance, capturing relevant metadata to streamline the process. All changes were contributed to the mostafaalagamy/Metrolist repository, utilizing skills in localization, mobile development, and translation to expand the app’s reach and user satisfaction.
