Worked on the block/kotlin-formatter repository to enhance build and release automation over a two-month period. Migrated the jar publishing process to Sonatype Central Portal, updating environment variables and Gradle publishing configurations to meet new compliance standards and enable automated artifact publishing. Integrated these changes into the existing CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and YAML, ensuring traceable and reproducible deployments. Additionally, upgraded CI infrastructure by switching to larger ubuntu-x86 runners and removing deprecated actions, which improved build reliability and feedback speed. Focused on maintainability and auditability, the work resulted in smoother releases and more efficient continuous integration workflows.
