Worked on the welovej/azure-rest-api-specs repository to deliver TVM and CVM security enhancements for Azure Virtual Machines, focusing on improving security posture during migrations and ongoing management. Developed new enumerations for disk size limitations, operating system support, and readiness states, distinguishing between standard and trusted launch VM security types. Integrated these properties into the AssessedMachineV2 and MachineAssessmentSettings models using TypeScript and TypeSpec, leveraging API development and cloud computing expertise. This work enabled more comprehensive and accurate VM security assessments, supporting risk evaluation and compliance readiness for customers transitioning to confidential VMs within Azure’s cloud infrastructure. No bugs were reported.
