Worked on the frappe/hrms repository to deliver a targeted migration patch focused on cleaning up deprecated HRMS workspaces. The solution was implemented in Python and centered on backend development and database management, ensuring only public workspaces were deleted while preserving user-created spaces. By applying safe deletion filters, the patch reduced workspace clutter and minimized the risk of accidental data loss, directly supporting data integrity and maintainability goals. The approach was carefully scoped to validate data hygiene and reliability for end-users, establishing a framework for future migration patches and reducing ongoing maintenance overhead within the HRMS system. No bugs were reported.
