Focused on modifying the fb.yaml file using YAML to point gene association and gene product dataset URLs to FlyBase S3 FTP releases, ensuring that data is sourced from stable, traceable storage. This approach improved data freshness and reproducibility across deployments, supporting consistent builds and downstream analytics. Emphasized data configuration best practices to enable rollback and traceability of changes.
