Tanuj worked on the helpshift/helpshift-docs repository, focusing on expanding internationalization support within the documentation. Over the course of a month, Tanuj delivered a feature that updated and aligned the list of supported languages across SDKs and web chat, ensuring the documentation accurately reflected product capabilities. Using Markdown and leveraging skills in documentation and internationalization, Tanuj added a reusable partial for supported languages and incorporated new locales such as Latin American Spanish and UK English. This work improved global accessibility and maintained consistency between documentation and implementation, demonstrating a methodical approach to keeping multilingual support up to date.
