Key achievements: - Unified App-Level User Attributes Across SDK Plugins (commit 296759f75f893e72daeb58b703a9c9da2207031d): Added app-level user attributes fields for all SDK plugins, moved app-level attributes to common partials, and updated release notes and doc references (Windows PC widget headings/titles, and webchat UH attributes). - Documentation and clarity improvements across the docs set to reflect new attributes and widget references. - Refactoring for cross-plugin consistency to enable easier future enhancements and maintainability.
