Worked on the helpshift/helpshift-docs repository to deliver a focused enhancement to the Webchat administration user interface. The update repositioned the Users section to the bottom of the Webchat page and introduced a legacy status indicator, directly addressing the need for clearer user management, especially for legacy accounts. This change was implemented using Markdown for documentation and web development skills, with an emphasis on user interface design to streamline admin workflows. The approach prioritized minimal surface area to reduce risk while aligning with product goals, ultimately simplifying administrative tasks and reducing support time without introducing unnecessary complexity or affecting existing functionality.
