Worked on the microsoft/vcpkg repository to deliver the Unimail C++ SDK Version 0.3.0, focusing on aligning the SDK baseline and updating versioning to improve downstream compatibility. The release process involved careful version control using Git, with changes documented through signed-off commits to ensure traceability and compliance. Leveraged C++ and CMake to manage the SDK’s build and integration, while JSON was used for configuration and metadata. This work enabled consumers to adopt a standardized SDK baseline, reducing integration risks and supporting smoother project onboarding. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on release engineering and documentation.
