Worked on the gronxb/hot-updater repository to deliver cross-platform runtime configurability for React Native, focusing on supporting brownfield app updates. Developed a feature that enables runtime overrides for update parameters, allowing Android and iOS apps to adjust configuration without modifying host app manifests. Utilized Kotlin and Swift to implement bridging logic and maintain compatibility with existing manifest-driven setups. Addressed a critical SwiftPM packaging issue by restructuring configuration files, restoring build stability for SwiftPM and test environments. This work improved deployment flexibility and update reliability for customers using prebuilt frameworks, enabling stable over-the-air updates across multiple mobile development platforms.
