The work involved moving validation logic directly to the input field, allowing users to receive real-time feedback and reducing reliance on backend checks. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, the solution improved error handling, ensured safer event listener management, and refined the spacing of error messages for better clarity. The update addressed cross-provider compatibility for both GitHub and GitLab, aligning with specific project issues and contributing to a more consistent and responsive front-end validation process across authentication interfaces.
