Worked on the powerhome/playbook repository to deliver a secure secrets access provisioning feature supporting team mergers. The solution standardized secrets configuration across production, staging, and PR environments, enabling seamless and auditable onboarding for merged teams. Leveraging DevOps practices and secrets management expertise, the implementation updated lastmodified timestamps and encrypted MAC values within the sops section to maintain governance and traceability. YAML was used to define and manage the configuration changes, ensuring operational risk was minimized while preserving security controls. This focused engineering effort addressed a specific organizational need, resulting in a robust, maintainable process for managing secrets during team transitions.
