Contributed to the penpot/penpot repository by enhancing clipboard paste reliability and improving resource upload performance using Clojure and front end development skills. Addressed a bug in the frame-same-size? logic, ensuring both width and height are accurately compared during paste operations, which eliminated false positives and improved user experience. In a subsequent update, removed unnecessary debug logging from the resource upload handler, reducing log noise and supporting better observability and maintainability. Demonstrated targeted debugging, precise code edits, and collaborative version control practices throughout the work, resulting in more robust clipboard behavior and a cleaner, more efficient upload path for the project.
