Developed the Compass SDK Direct Search feature for the cohere-ai/cohere-compass-sdk repository, focusing on enhancing search workflows through new direct_search and direct_search_scroll methods within the CompassClient. Leveraging Python and skills in API integration and SDK development, the work enabled direct queries and efficient scrolling to retrieve all data chunks from an index. An example script was provided to demonstrate the new scrolling capability, supporting developers in implementing chunked data retrieval. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused and stable release that improved search functionality and streamlined data access for users of the Compass SDK.
