Worked on the unionai/helm-charts repository to deliver robust authorization and identity management features for cloud infrastructure deployments. Developed a global toggle enabling seamless switching between Noop and UserClouds-based RBAC, ensuring backward compatibility and maintainability across Kubernetes services. Refactored Helm templates and values.yaml to support dual-mode authorization with minimal disruption, using Go and YAML for implementation. Integrated identity service support into the self-hosted control plane, allowing Azure/Entra ID configuration while preserving a safe default. Addressed UI user visibility by introducing a bootstrap process for organizations data post-migration, and maintained comprehensive testing, documentation, and rollout strategies to support reliable deployments.
