Worked on enhancing Jakarta EE compatibility testing within the JCA component of the OpenLiberty repository, delivering an automated test setup that validates Jakarta EE features without requiring code transformation. Developed Java-based test files, project configurations, and classpath entries to streamline the testing process and enable immediate continuous integration validation. By decoupling compatibility tests from transformation steps, the approach reduced maintenance overhead and accelerated feedback cycles for feature parity checks. Focused on using Java, Jakarta EE, and Java EE technologies, the work improved reliability and efficiency in compatibility testing, supporting faster iteration and more robust validation of Jakarta EE features in OpenLiberty.
