During December 2025, Johnson Todimu enhanced the DynamicDialog component in the primefaces/primeng repository by implementing an auto-close feature that responds to visibility changes. Using Angular and TypeScript, he introduced a visibleChange event handler to ensure dialogs close automatically when they become invisible, addressing issues with stale dialogs and improving the user experience. Johnson also expanded the component’s test coverage, validating close behavior through user interactions such as clicking the close button and pressing the Escape key. His work focused on front end development and testing, resulting in more reliable and maintainable dialog behavior without introducing any new bugs.
