Addressed a packaging issue by updating the formula to version 7.7.32, incorporating a new SHA256 checksum to ensure reproducibility. Enhanced the build process by explicitly linking against the ncurses library, which supports proper terminal UI functionality, and declared a dependency on pkgconf to stabilize the build environment. Utilized Ruby for formula scripting and applied Homebrew formula management skills to deliver a targeted bug fix. The work contributed to a more robust and maintainable packaging process for OpenVi users.
