Worked on a UX-focused refresh of the splash page for the GSA-TTS/forms application, delivering a feature that improved onboarding clarity and reduced cognitive load for new users. The update involved editing content and refining the layout using HTML and JavaScript, with a focus on front end development and UI/UX best practices. Compliance information was reorganized for better visibility, and the testimonial section was removed to streamline the user experience. These changes provided a clearer first impression and helped users make faster onboarding decisions, ultimately reducing support inquiries related to onboarding. No bugs were addressed during this period, focusing solely on feature delivery.
