Developed an automation feature for the cryptomator/cryptomator repository, focusing on streamlined WebDAV alias management through PowerShell scripting. The work centered on creating a script that enables installation and uninstallation of host file aliases, reducing manual configuration and supporting consistent deployment across Windows environments. Leveraging skills in PowerShell, Batchfile, and Windows administration, the solution automated a previously manual process, integrating with version control and PR workflows to ensure production readiness. No critical bugs were addressed during this period, but the delivered feature improved deployment automation and minimized support overhead by simplifying hosts-file manipulation for users managing WebDAV aliases.
