During November 2024, Schneider focused on maintaining and updating integration tests for the IQSS/dataverse repository, specifically addressing the evolving behavior of the API’s export formats endpoint. By revising the expected JSON output in the api/info/exportFormats integration test, Schneider ensured that automated tests accurately reflected current API responses, thereby reducing the risk of false negatives in continuous integration workflows. This work, primarily using JSON and integration testing methodologies, contributed to improved CI stability and reliability. Although no new features were introduced, Schneider’s efforts provided essential test maintenance, aligning test infrastructure with ongoing API changes and supporting long-term code quality.
