Worked on Homebrew/homebrew-core to consolidate packaging and streamline cross-platform support, focusing on the undercutf1 package. Upgraded undercutf1 to version 4.0.51, which enabled standardized packaging across different platforms and eliminated the need for a manual patch previously required for dotnet 10 compatibility. Leveraged Ruby and package management expertise to align the packaging process with Homebrew’s cross-platform strategy, incorporating self-contained AOT publishing enhancements. These changes improved build reproducibility, reduced patch drift, and simplified future maintenance. The work resulted in more reliable builds and faster release cycles, contributing to operational efficiency without introducing new bugs during the development period.
