Addressed a key bug affecting CanESM5 and CanESM5-1 by implementing a fix that ensures correct handling of variables with model-level coordinates. Introduced the ClFixHybridPressureCoord component to align coordinate conventions with CMOR standards, improving compatibility across CanESM variants. Added integration tests using Python and scientific computing tools to validate consistent data processing and prevent regressions. Emphasized robust unit testing and data engineering practices to reinforce the reliability of CMOR-related workflows for climate data.
