Worked on the microsoft/sonic-gnmi-dev repository to deliver scalable file management capabilities using Go, gNOI, and gRPC. Developed and integrated a dedicated file service module supporting file operations such as stat, transfer, and remove, enabling end-to-end file management through gNOI protocols. Refactored the codebase to improve maintainability and scalability, while enhancing the gnoi_client library to support new file operations. Focused on reliability by expanding unit test coverage for all file service interactions, reducing regression risk and ensuring correct behavior. The work emphasized robust architecture and comprehensive validation, addressing business needs for reliable and maintainable file service functionality.
