Kitgxrl contributed to the GregTech-Modern repository by implementing EMI integration for multiblock preview encoding, enabling accurate handling of complex multiblock structures within the EMI system. Using Java and backend development skills, Kitgxrl introduced MultiblockInfoEmiRecipe support in Ae2PatternTerminalHandler, extending the EMI workflow and improving future compatibility. The work enhanced reliability by reducing manual workarounds and improving maintainability for mod integration. Additionally, Kitgxrl addressed a critical bug in OpticalDataHatchMachine, updating interface logic to enforce proper energy accounting and prevent unintended operations.
